| The coffee is hot and the cookies are
still warm so have a seat, put your feet up and rest a spell. What you are about to see is a whole lot of
photographs (some of them outstanding) chronicling our lives from past to present to maybe
even the future (how the heck do we do that? - wait and see).
In the beginning the photo album may not be
that large. Don't despair! As time passes, it will probably expand beyond the pages of
this book.
Most of the photos you will be viewing are
going to have been taken in Japan. Japan is a wonderful and sometimes very weird place.
The old, traditional Japan is so intermixed with the new, sprawling, ultra-fast paced
Japan that there is absolutely no possible way to look at just one aspect of the country
alone without seeing remnants of the other. Attempting to do so would most likely cause
one to go running naked into the mountains, screaming insanely and never seen again except
in myths and fables told to young children.
Important Note to
Netscape Users:
It has come to our attention that when On
The Coffee Table is viewed through Netscape Navigator, it does not appear as it
should. Users should see a ringed-binder sitting on a wooden background that
contains either text or photos. Netscape users will see ringed-binders inside
ringed-binders when viewing this page. This will cause the page to look cluttered and
difficult to read. We don't know why Netscape does not view it correctly.
